feeling great after being stuck


We all experience feeling stuck from time to time.

Feeling little or no energy to move forwards, maybe no traction or grip which can be frustrating and unhelpful yet somehow we still do it. Perhaps it turns into a ‘job’ and we become proficient, or create reasons as to why we cannot make change happen. You may hear the phrase “I know I need to stop… or start….but ..”

Procrastination is not a great place to be and really annoying! Especially when you start to think about all the time and energy you invest into not doing it! So how do we move from being stuck to unstuck?

Ask yourself some honest questions. Who is benefiting? Who is this hurting? When did you make the decision to get stuck? And as you think about those questions, start to feel those wheels begin to turn.
